1.What service do you provide?
We provide OEM and ODM service, you can choose our exsiting products. If you want to make your designs and logo, welcome to send us your designs to make production as well.

2.What’s the minimum order quantity(MOQ)?
For most of placemat,MOQ is 3000pcs/color. size is 30x45cm or Dia:38cm
For bamboo placemat,MOQ is 1000pcs/color. size is 30x45cm or Dia:38cm
For most of set of 4 coaster,MOQ is 3000sets/color.size is 10x10 cm or Dia:10cm
For set of 4 bamboo coaster,MOQ is 1000sets/color.size is 10x10cm or Dia:10cm
For table runner,MOQ is 1000pcs/color.size is 30X120CM
For napkin rings,MOQ is 500pcs.
Multiple materials and colors are available to choose.

3.What’s the delivery time?
30-45 days after order confirmed and deposit received.

4.Can I take a sample for quality check?
Yes, we will send you a sample for quality confirmation.

5.Which markets are you mainly exporting to?
Our placemats have been exported around the world, in Europen,America,South America,Australia ,Asia and other countries.

6.How to order?
Ordering process:
--confirm styles, colors, sizes,quality requirement ect.
--Make samples to check quality
--Sign contacts, pay deposit
--Start bulk production
--Quality Inspection
--Arrange shipping,pay balance,
--After sales service

7.Are you a manufacturer?
No, we are a trading company cooperating with many reliable manufacturers with standard production equipment and assembly lines.

8.How do you conduct quality control?
Quality is priority.
Firstly,we have strict standard rules for the whole production process.
Secondly,we have a QC team.When in mass production,QC will go to factory for inspection for at least two times.before shipment another QC will as third party to inspect the goods our our customers.
Our QC teams have talents with over five years experience in household products industry.
